Trial doses, or nothing.
Most of this category works by putting a famous ingredient on the label at a dose no study ever used. It is cheaper, it is legal, and it does nothing.
Where an ingredient has human trial data, we use the dose from those trials and we cite them. Where it does not, we leave it out — which is why the labels are short and why there are only three of them.
02 FIBER is the clearest example. Glucomannan at 3 g per day, split across three 1 g doses in water before meals: the protocol behind an authorised weight-management claim in the European register. Not 500 mg folded into a blend, which is what most of the market sells.
It does not work on its own.
A supplement does not create a calorie deficit. It can make one easier to hold — a viscous fibre before a meal is genuinely filling, and sleeping properly changes what you reach for at 4 p.m. That is the size of the effect, and we are not going to describe it as anything larger.
Anyone selling you a number of pounds in a number of days is either guessing or lying. We would rather lose that sale.
What has to be true before we ship a single bottle.
A supplier's certificate of analysis describes the raw material they ship. It says nothing about what ends up in the bottle. Ordering opens only once finished-product testing like this is in place.
We put the regulated panel on the front.
The Supplement Facts panel is the one part of a supplement label that has to be true in a specific, enforceable way. Most brands hide it behind a tab called “details”.
It is also, once you stop treating it as an obligation, the most credible-looking object in the category. So it is the first thing on every product page, above the story rather than beneath it.

How do I cancel a subscription?
From your account page, in one click, at any time — the same way you started it, with no phone call and no retention gauntlet. You can also skip a shipment or change the interval. We email you three days before every renewal, with the amount and the date, and a cancel link in that email.
What can these actually do?
They are dietary supplements, not medicine, and they do not work in the absence of a change in what you eat. Where an ingredient has human trial data we have used the dose from those trials and we cite them. Where it does not, we say so. Anyone in this category promising a specific number of pounds in a specific number of days is either guessing or lying.
Why only three products?
Because a range of thirty means most of them are the same formula in different bottles. Three formulations is what we can explain honestly.
Where can I see the test results?
Nothing has shipped yet, so there are no results to show. When ordering opens, the lot code on the base of your bottle will resolve to the certificate of analysis for that lot — identity, potency, heavy metals, microbiology. Not a representative sample from a different batch.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently the US, Canada and the UK. EU shipping is pending per-country notification, which is required before a supplement can be placed on the market in most member states — we would rather wait than ship into a market we are not cleared for.
Is this suitable for everyone?
No. Not for anyone under 18, pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medication without talking to a doctor first. New York state law additionally requires age verification and an adult signature on delivery, so orders shipping there will ask for both.
